Set-up: With a band sturdily fixed to an immovable object, position leg closest to that object inside of band. Take several small steps away from the object in a wide stance. Move to a distance where there is suitable tension in the working leg from the band.
Lift: Take working leg - the leg closest to the apparatus - and step inward, moving from a wide stance to a narrow stance. Hold briefly and repeat, stepping back to a wide stance and then stepping inward again.
Repetitions: Perform all prescribed reps on one side, then on the other. This counts as one set.
