Movement: Stand tall and bring your arms in front of your body with palms facing each other. Now simply bring your arms backwards towards your sides, then return to the start position and allow your arms to cross over. Repeat, alternating the arm that crosses over on top with each repetition.
Emphasis: For range of motion both in front and behind you, do not exceed the limits of well controlled mobility. The goal is not to achieve extreme ranges of motion in front or behind you, but to prepare the muscles and joints for more activity.
