Set-up: With the legs together and hips up, establish proper upper body posture with a neutral back. Place one hand on a medicine ball and the other on the floor. Engage your core and glutes to keep your body stable.
Movement: Press the chest off the ball until the arms are fully extended. Carefully move your hand off the ball to the floor, then place your other hand on the ball and descend into the next pushup. The hand on the medicine ball will have a slightly reduced range of motion, so try to keep your shoulders level. Continue alternating sides.
