Instructions
Set-up: Grab one or two light weight plates. Grasp them between your thumb and two index fingers. Stand with a tight core, a slight bend in the knees and a neutral back.
Lift: Hold the position.
Emphasis: Don't hook the weights with your fingers - the emphasis is to 'pinch' the plates together.
