Set-up: To perform this exercise you will need a bar or PVC pipe with a rope and weight attached.
Lift: Grasp the bar and hold your arms straight out in front of you. Now flex one wrist forward rolling the bar upwards. As you flex the next wrist forward reset the grip of your alternate hand.
Emphasis: A slight bend in the elbows is ok, but do not exaggerate the movement. Focus on the wrists and forearms.
