internal rotations - standing with resistance bands
Instructions
Movement: Stand next to a fixed object with band fixed or looped securely around it at waist height. Grasp the band across the arm closest to the apparatus. Fix the elbow of the working arm into the side of the body, and rotate the forearm away from the apparatus toward the mid-line of the body.
Repetitions: Perform all prescribed reps on one side, then on the other. This counts as one set.
