Instructions

• Set-up: Bracing through the core and lower back, grip a barbell in front of and directly against the body. Do not overload the bar.
• Lift: Maintaining a stable base and a neutral spine, grasp the barbell and raise the shoulders as high as possible. Lower and repeat.
