Instructions
Set-up:
Stand facing an immovable object with resistance band fixed or looped securely around it at waist height.
Lift:
Keeping the arm straight, pull the shoulder blade tightly back. Hold and repeat.
Repetitions:
Perform all prescribed reps on one side, then on the other. This counts as one set.
