Instructions
Test: Lie on your stomach with one leg flat and the other bent to 90 degrees at the knee, so that the lower leg is perpendicular to the floor. Let your foot and lower leg rotate as far away from your body as they comfortably can. Note the angle between your shin and vertical. This will test the flexibility of the hip external rotators (e.g. deep hip rotators, piriformis etc.)
