Instructions

• Set-up: Set the height of the knee-rests, then position the balls of your working foot on the edge of the platform
• Lift: Rise up onto the balls of your foot, then descend until your heel is below parallel to your toes. Switch Legs.
• Repetitions: Perform all prescribed reps on one side, then on the other. This counts as one set.
