Instructions

• Set-up: Bend knees slightly, establish an overhand shoulder width or wider grip on the bar and brace through your core.
• Lift: Pull the barbell to your torso and return the weight under control until the arms are straight.
• Emphasis: Do not swing or use momentum to lift the weight. Brace through the core and stabilize your torso throughout the movement.
