Instructions
Set-up:
Begin with both feet flat on the ground facing a wall.
Movement:
Gently move the knee of the forward leg towards the wall while keeping both feet flat on the ground.
Repetitions:
Perform all prescribed reps on one side, then on the other. This counts as one set.
